Letter from the Business Manager

Every project starts with an idea or a dream. At the end of 2004 and beginning of 2005 SANOR had an idea to bring more tourism to Osuna and the surrounding countryside with a Golf project, creating a Golf course between the coast and the interior of Andalusia.

There is great architectural, cultural and gastronomic wealth, in the area, and good communications infrastructure such as the A 92 motorway, Seville and Malaga airport, the AVE high speed train Malaga-Madrid with a train station in Herrera-Puente Genil, 20 minutes from Osuna. It is also very close to four capitals cities Seville, Cordoba, Malaga and Granada, as well as five provinces including Cadiz.

Osuna has a regional Hospital and a University, while still maintaining the distinctive quality of life typical of an Andalusia and Spanish village; in addition the future Seville-Malaga high-speed train with a station in Osuna is under construction. We are trying to achieve and create employment opportunities in Osuna and the region. Generating wealth in commercial golf tourism and culture as we have the foundations throughout our region and as our motto is not to lose hope and perseverance, we are therefore still fighting for this project
